PNW Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency built on a simple belief: clients deserve thoughtful advice, proactive service, and a team they can trust.
We are a growth-oriented agency known for strong relationships, high service standards, and a culture grounded in our core values: Trustworthy, Kind, Innovative, and Reliable.
Our team operates in a collaborative, accountable environment where experienced professionals are empowered to own their work, solve problems, and continually improve how we serve clients.
We are not a call-center environment. We are a relationship-driven advisory team that values professionalism, communication, and follow-through.
About the Role
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.
This is a fully remote role working with an established book of business, supporting clients through policy service, coverage guidance, and proactive account management.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, confident communicating with clients, and comfortable taking ownership of accounts.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage a personal lines book of business with a client-first mindset
  • Provide coverage guidance and professional recommendations
  • Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and remarkets
  • Conduct account reviews and identify coverage gaps
  • Support retention efforts through proactive communication
  • Collaborate with producers and service team members
  • Document activity and maintain accurate file documentation
  • Follow established workflows and service standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • 3+ years personal lines account management experience
  • Strong coverage knowledge (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
  • Experience working within an agency management system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • High level of accountability and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
What Sets You Apart
  • You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • You are proactive with clients rather than reactive
  • You care about doing things the right way, not the easy way
  • You communicate clearly and professionally
  • You enjoy being part of a team that holds a high bar
What You Can Expect From Us
  • Supportive leadership that values your expertise
  • Clear expectations and structured workflows
  • Collaborative team environment
  • A culture focused on continuous improvement
  • Opportunity to grow with a stable, expanding agency
  • Competitive compensation based on experience

This is a remote position.
