PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

ARE YOU AN EXCELLENT NEGOTIATOR? ARE YOU COMFORTABLE SPENDING HOURS A DAY ON THE PHONE NEGOTIATING A REDUCTION OF MEDICAL BILLS FOR CLIENTS? If Yes, this is the perfect job from you and you can work remotely.

We are a personal injury law firm looking for a lien negotiator who can negotiate reductions of our clients' medical bills with medical providers when the case settles. There will be extensive training but some background and experience in medical billing, collections, and negotiations would be very helpful. The applicant needs to be an aggressive negotiator that is responsive and has excellent communications skills with medical providers, our internal team, and clients.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST
  • Effective and tireless negotiating skills with medical providers to reduce their bills for our clients
  • Persuasive and stern communications skills (unwilling to take "no" for an answer)
  • Excellent at math/computation and spreadsheets
  • Tech savvy and familiar with Office 365 and CRM softwares (our office uses Filevine)
  • Looking for long-term employment
  • Prior experience working from home with strong and stable internet connection
  • Prior experience negotiating or collecting medical bills/money is required

The applicant will also need to be tech savvy and be familiar with Office/Teams as well as CRM softwares (we use Filevine).
