You will also generate shipping labels, update order statuses in tracking systems, and communicate with clients about deliveries and any issues. While most tasks are performed independently, you may occasionally coordinate with customer service teams or support staff if resolution of shipping issues is required. This structured workflow helps ensure an efficient package forwarding process for international or remote customers.
To thrive as a Work From Home Package Forwarding professional, you need strong attention to detail, basic logistics knowledge, organizational skills, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with shipping software, label generation tools, and tracking systems is commonly required.
