As a Work From Home OTP Support Specialist, your daily tasks typically involve assisting customers who are having issues with receiving or using one-time passwords for account access and security verification. You may respond to support tickets, chat messages, or phone calls, guiding users through troubleshooting steps and updating internal systems with case notes. You'll also coordinate with IT and security teams to escalate advanced technical problems or potential security concerns. The role requires keeping up to date with the company’s authentication procedures to provide accurate and secure assistance. This position often involves working independently, but you’ll collaborate virtually with other members of your support and IT teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
