What we’re looking for:

AmeriSave is currently hiring Condo Analyts to join our winning team. Qualified candidates are task driven, detail-oriented individuals with strong data entry and administrative skills as well as a competitive spirit and a positive attitude. This role focuses on important administrative tasks that will support the expeditious movement of condo mortgage loans from sales through closing, resulting in the overall positive customer experience that we expect.

This is a remote opportunity to work from home. Remote work applicants may not work from the following states:  California.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage the project task. This includes assigning the tasks, ordering the tasks and weekly follow up of all outstanding documents.
  • Maintain acceptable turn times on new tasks.
  • Document detailed notes in the system when task is “touched”.
  • Review preliminary documents to determine project review type.
  • Communicate with underwriter and processor with possible discrepancy on documents being requested.
  • Verify the project has not been declined by investors.
  • Understand what makes a project ineligible and notify manager of any potential issues.
  • Upload applicable documents to outside vendor, and upload of final docs from vendor.
  • Respond to emails with turn times as dictated in Project Procedures.
  • Call HOA’s, Management Companies and Insurance Agents to request needed documents for loan file.
  • Review documents to confirm receipt of all required information and call for updates on missing items.
  • Review and final approval of the borrower's HO-6 insurance.
  • Review and provide final approval for PUD loans.
  • Responsible for additional assignments as management deems necessary for the department.

What You’ll Need:

  • Mortgage experience preferred, but not required
  • Self driven, starter & task oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be flexible to changes in the department as it grows
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technology skills
  • High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).

The total annual compensation for this position is $40,000.
