Salesforce Technical Architect - Work From Home
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead and oversee the data architecture, development, and integration between our Salesforce platform and internal/third-party systems to meet the organization's needs. This role combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of the law firm's business processes and goals. The Salesforce Technical Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful integration and utilization of Salesforce and Litify technologies. The Salesforce Technical Architect will have the primary responsibility of optimizing our complex data structure, the technical design of our Salesforce and Litify system along with integration design to ensure scalability and maximize our Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Technical Architect's responsibilities will include redefining and optimizing our data structure, leading our team of Salesforce Developers, and advocating for org scalability and ensuring Salesforce and Litify best practices are followed. This position is 100% Remote.
Salesforce Technical Architect Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical leader for integration projects with Salesforce.
- Serve as technical leader for data warehousing related to Salesforce.
- Design and implement effective data management strategies, including data migration, data quality, and data governance.
- Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and oversee testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with release management teams to ensure smooth and successful deployment of Salesforce and Litify solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team in best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce platform features.
- Collaborate with non-Salesforce developers and with our data analytics team.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce and Litify releases and industry standards.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal or third-party systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security during integration processes.
- Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within the Salesforce platform.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salesforce Technical Architect Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Ability to quickly learn the Litify structure and products (experience with Litify is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
- 7+ years of experience with Visualforce, Apex programming, Triggers, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Java, and APIs.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce implementation.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of developers.
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST Services.
- Experience with database development, SQL or PL/SQL, and database schemas.
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience collaborating between multiple business entities with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Expertise in designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Experience with data modeling, data migration, and data governance in the Salesforce environment.
In-depth understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
