Salesforce Solution Associate

Company Overview

StorageVault Canada is driving a large-scale Salesforce transformation across multiple lines of business, integrating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and other technologies to deliver scalable solutions that align with our IT and business strategy. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Associate to support the design, configuration and implementation of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

This mid-level role is ideal for someone with 4–5 years of Salesforce consulting or technical experience who is eager to grow into advanced architecture and solution design responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Assist in translating business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior architects and technical leads to design solution components.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, design patterns, and solution frameworks.

Configuration & Development Guidance

  • Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permissions, dashboards, etc.).
  • Support custom development efforts (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components) where needed.
  • Apply Salesforce best practices to ensure usability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Define best practices, coding standards, and technical governance across teams.
  • Support platform optimization, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.

Integration & Data Management

  • Support integration efforts using APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools.
  • Assist with data-related activities such as data mapping, migration, cleansing, and validation.
  • Help ensure solutions maintain long-term data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with Integration Architects, MuleSoft Developers, and Marketing Cloud Developers/Consultants as part of a shared technical capacity model.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Product Owners to refine requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to leadership on technical feasibility and platform capabilities.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish technical documentation, design patterns, and solution frameworks.
  • Conduct code and design reviews, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements to maximize value.

Qualifications

·         4–5 years of Salesforce experience in consulting, solution design, or technical roles.

·         Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including Flows, Lightning App Builder, and automation tools.

·         Proven expertise across Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Amazon Connect, MuleSoft, etc.).

·         Good knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies.

·         Experience with data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization.

·         Salesforce certifications are required.

·         Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Ability to work in a shared capacity model across multiple technical areas.
