At Lifetime Moving & Storage, we're looking for a driven, customer-focused Moving Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As the Phoenix agent for Bekins Van Lines, one of America's most respected moving networks, we combine the personalized service of a family-owned business with the resources, reach, and reputation of a national van line.
This is a high-impact sales role where you'll turn inbound leads into booked moves while also building your own pipeline through local partnerships and proactive outreach. You'll have the opportunity to sell local, long-distance, interstate, and storage solutions backed by the strength of the Bekins network.

What You'll Do
Respond to inbound leads quickly via phone, email, and CRM
Conduct detailed move consultations to assess inventory, scope, and logistics
Prepare and present accurate, competitive estimates for local and long-distance moves
Proactively follow up to convert leads into booked moves
Generate your own leads through networking, outreach, and relationship building
Develop partnerships with realtors, apartment communities, HOAs, brokers, builders, senior living communities, and relocation professionals
Actively prospect and hunt for new business opportunities
Educate customers on the benefits of moving with a Bekins-affiliated agent
Track all activity and communication within the CRM
Meet and exceed monthly booking and revenue goals
Partner with operations for a seamless transition from sale to execution
Deliver a high-trust, consultative sales experience
