A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will...
• Identify title issues on real estate title products.
• Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.
• Review recorded documents for accuracy.
• Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff.

Responsibilities
• Identify and report items that effect title through or after the Loan Modification process on a real estate transaction.
• Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.
• Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff.
• Maintain open communication with management and servicer.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of real estate title
• Proven customer service skills.
• Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.
