Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Arizona
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

As a remote LMFT, you’ll support Arizona clients through some of the challenges that affect their homes, relationships, and daily routines. This role includes providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families while helping clients better understand patterns, improve communication, and work toward healthier outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secure virtual therapy sessions
  • Complete client assessments and treatment plans
  • Guide clients through relationship and family-related concerns
  • Monitor progress and revise goals when needed
  • Maintain clear clinical records
  • Follow HIPAA and telehealth requirements

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in Arizona
