  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address the emotional, behavioral, and social needs of children and adolescents.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews, contributing insights and strategies to improve client care and service delivery.
  • Stay current on best practices and evolving therapies in the mental health field through ongoing professional development and training.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state regulations related to mental health practice.

As a Mental Health Therapist with Mind Saver, your primary focus will be on youth facing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will play a critical role in providing psychological support and intervention, helping clients navigate their unique circumstances and empowering them to develop healthy coping strategies.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution.
  • An independent mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon or the state where you currently reside.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within a high caseload environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and continuous professional development as required by licensing boards.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate clients and foster a positive therapeutic alliance.
  • Familiarity with telehealth and virtual service delivery platforms.
  • Skills in crisis intervention and triaging mental health cases are highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • High-quality medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life and disability insurance for financial security.
  • Professional liability insurance to protect your practice.
  • Employee assistance programs that offer mental health support and resources.
  • Minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus more on client care than administrative tasks.

We offer ongoing training opportunities, supervision for licensure, and a collaborative work environment that encourages sharing of ideas and experiences. As part of our commitment to career advancement, you will have access to pathways for specialization within the field of mental health.
