Job description

Do you have a passion for creating families? Ivy Fertility is a leading, rapidly growing fertility platform with a well-established and expanding presence in highly attractive markets. We provide comprehensive fertility services, including IVF, IUI, egg freezing, genetic testing, fertility preservation, embryo screening, and advanced assisted reproductive technologies to meet diverse patient needs, including male infertility treatments, third-party services, and LGBTQ+ family-building options.
Since our investment in February 2021, the platform has scaled:
  • From 4 clinics to 27
  • From 1 IVF lab to 17
  • From 5 to 60+ physicians across 9 states
  • From less than 100 employees to more than 1,000
  • Growing annual IVF cycles from roughly 2,000 to over 25,000

We are seeking a dedicated, full time, Senior Vice President of Performance to join our senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a newly created, enterprise-wide role accountable for how Ivy defines, measures, and drives operational performance across its network of clinics, spanning clinical operations, revenue cycle, patient experience, and growth. This is a build role: the mandate is to stand up Ivy's performance framework, KPI architecture, and operating cadence from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement standardized scorecards at the network, regional, center, and provider level
  • Own the rigor of performance review, from operating meetings through board reporting
  • Lead the identification and scaling of best practices across a distributed, physician-led organization
  • Partner with the CEO, Chief Growth Officer, CFO, Medical and Lab Directors, and the PE sponsor to build systems and capabilities that outlast any one individual
  • Translate KPI trends into root-cause investigations and concrete improvement plans
  • Influence physician leaders, lab directors, and center managers without direct authority over them
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or operational excellence, ideally in multi-site, specialty care, or PE-backed environments
  • Demonstrated track record building performance frameworks and process standards across distributed organizations
  • Experience in reproductive medicine or women's health preferred
  • Prior PE-backed platform experience preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma credentials a plus

This role can be based remotely within the United States and may include travel of up to 10%.
