Job Title: Insurance Verification Representative

Industry: Healthcare

Location: Chicago, IL

Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $20 - $22 / hour, with potential increase to $24/hour upon permanent hire

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Weekly schedule determined based on business needs and availability
  • Extended shift on Mondays until approximately 6:30 PM
  • One remote Saturday per month (8:00 AM-12:00 PM)
  • Up to 2 remote workdays per week available after training

Key Responsibilities:
