Job description

We're growing and looking to add a Recruiter to our HR team!  In this role, you'll help attract, engage, and hire top talent for a fast-growing insurance claims adjusting organization.

Responsibilities:

·         Complete detailed job scope conversations with the hiring manager to determine position specifications, and to stay abreast of current and future hiring business needs. 

·         Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, and employee referrals. 

·         Conduct assessment interviews with candidates to determine necessary job skill match and make recommendations to hiring manager for further interviews. 

·         Set up interviews and employment testing with all qualified candidates. 

Education & Experience Needed:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent required, 2-year degree or higher preferred.

·         7+ years previous recruiting experience required.

·         Insurance industry background highly preferred.

·         SHRM-CP or Certified Recruiting Professional designation preferred.
