Job Title:ย Business Line Management Instrumentation Engineer (Dynatrace)
Location:ย Remote

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Job Description

Work as an Instrumentation Engineer on our team as we help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in performance monitoring. Work directly on assigned ServiceNow tasks. Perform as the technical POC for customers as you contribute to monitoring solution design, implement and execute the monitoring solution, resolve technical issues, update ServiceNow Visual Task Boards to document work, and actively participate in quality assurance efforts. Apply your knowledge to perform routine work such as adding and removing devices from Dynatrace and other monitoring tools like SolarWinds.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in providing technical support in system architecture, system design, system integration, and technical management
  • 1+ years of experience in Dynatrace with installing OneAgent, Dynatrace APIs, dashboards, and data trend analysis in a monitoring tool, integrating with cloud performance monitoring tool alerts (AWS/Azure)
  • Ability to assist in providing technical input to the application performance monitoring solution development
  • Experience with providing requirements analysis, to include identifying requirements and deficiencies in hardware and software products
  • Knowledge of reviewing and identifying gaps in application performance monitoring capabilities
  • Ability to advise customer in monitoring solution and knowledge transfer on using monitoring tools
  • HS diploma or GED and 13+ years of relevant professional experience or BA or BS degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant professional experience
