Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Call Center Representative to join our customer support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, providing exceptional service through inbound phone calls. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience that fosters customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities and bilingual proficiency are highly valued to support our diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving 100+ inbound calls
  • Navigating multiple computer programs
  • Must have own computer
  • Must be able to hardwire internet to computer
  • Must be open to all shifts
  • Must be ok with working Saturday and Sunday
  • Must be ok working all holidays
  • Bilingual a plus but not needed
