• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with clients to develop effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to promote personal growth, coping strategies, and emotional resilience.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress to adhere to ethical standards and licensing regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Effectively utilize teletherapy tools and technology to provide high-quality remote sessions, ensuring clients feel supported and connected.

• Must possess a current and valid mental health licensure in the state of New York, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW-R, LCSW, Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect empathetically with clients.
• Must exhibit a non-judgmental attitude, compassion, and a deep understanding of the therapeutic process.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential in managing caseloads effectively.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to individuals with prior experience in telehealth service delivery or with specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Proficiency in using digital platforms for therapy is a plus.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, based on experience and caseload.
