Job description

As an HR Consultant, you will act as the HR lead for several concurrent client projects. You will be responsible for delivering leading HR solutions, managing day-to-day client interactions, coordinating the team dedicated to each client, and communicating progress to your clients, teams, and leadership. Prior experience in an autonomous HR leadership position is essential for this role, in addition to an understanding and appreciation of general business principles, strategies and tactics. You must also bring tireless curiosity, exceptional attention to detail and unblemished professional ethics and integrity to our firm.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the lead HR contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Leading your project teams to execute high-impact initiatives for your clients
  • Delivering polished, professional deliverables in a timely manner
  • Advising clients regarding employee relations, compliance, and other HR-related matters
  • Attending or leading client meetings to review project deliverables, answer questions, and discuss opportunities
  • Proactively escalating potential risks to E|H leadership

Experience & Education

  • 5+ years' experience in HR management, in either operational or HR role
  • Prior experience in hospitality management preferred
  • Experience managing a high volume of time-sensitive administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with HR principles including, but not limited to, wage & hour compliance, employee relations, training, and benefits management
  • Strong MS office skills, business communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in written and spoken Spanish preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other related certification preferred
  • Master's in HR or related field preferred

  • Compensation: $100-165k + incentive compensation
