• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gauge client mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop, document, and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and psychological requirements.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy to adults, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, maintaining engagement and connection with clients remotely.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring clients receive timely support during emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay informed about the latest mental health best practices and updates in the field.

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will empower these individuals to overcome their obstacles and foster positive mental health outcomes. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, adept at balancing a caseload and maintaining session documentation.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health counseling capacity.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology.
• Experience in providing crisis intervention services, particularly in a remote environment.
