Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients to discuss their concerns.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ presenting issues and craft personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities, to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.
• Empower clients by helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while fostering self-awareness and insight.
• Collaborate with clients in establishing measurable goals and regularly monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Keep meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to adapt your counseling techniques to fit varying age groups, cultural backgrounds, and individual circumstances will be essential in providing effective care.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a mental health counselor, such as LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to help build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Commitment to cultural competence and a passion for providing inclusive care to clients from all backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
