Job description

Full-Time Handyman Staff – Vacation Rentals (Brian Head Utah)
Flexible hours | On-call position | Great for local handypersons

Are you a reliable and skilled handyperson who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We're seeking a Full-time, and on-call Handyman Staff Member to support the upkeep of our professionally managed vacation rentals in the beautiful Brian Head, Utah area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle light maintenance and minor repairs at vacation rental properties (e.g., replacing light bulbs, batteries, clearing clogs, basic drywall touch-ups, etc.)

  • Perform periodic property checks to ensure everything is in good working order

  • Communicate with management team to track completed work and document tasks

  • Support the team with small projects that keep our homes in top condition

What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic handyman/repair skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor maintenance issues

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

  • Ability to work independently, be punctual, and respond quickly to on-call needs

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Familiarity with Brian Head Utah and surrounding areas is a plus

  • Previous experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or residential maintenance is preferred but not required
