• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, facilitating the development of effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to define therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer remote engagements, ensuring that they receive consistent care regardless of location or accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring all client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training events and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with emerging therapeutic practices.

You will work primarily with adolescents and young adults who may be facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your empathetic and warm approach will encourage clients to express their feelings and experiences, fostering a healing environment where they feel safe and understood.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in technology use, including EHR systems and the Google suite, to efficiently manage client records and communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interactions with clients and documentation of sessions.
• A professional demeanor and the ability to present oneself neatly in virtual settings.
• Commitment to confidentiality and the privacy of all client interactions.

• 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth format, is highly desirable.
• Experience with specific evidence-based practices such as DBT or ACT is a plus.
• Comfort in working independently from home, with a reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted sessions.
• A willingness to embrace ongoing training in our proprietary care pathways to ensure alignment with our treatment philosophy.
