• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify and understand clients' mental health status and needs.
• Construct and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' individual mental health goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual therapy modalities, specifically designed for adult clients, utilizing solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and consistency in care for clients.
• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly to support clients during times of immediate need.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and seminars on emerging trends and best practices in mental health care.

Our client base primarily consists of adults dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other behavioral health issues. Counselors will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each facing their unique challenges. By employing culturally sensitive approaches and evidence-based practices, our therapists strive to build trust and empower clients on their journey toward recovery and improved mental health.

• Current, valid license to practice as a mental health professional in New York State (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, PsychD).
• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Exhibit traits of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage time effectively under varying caseload demands and deadlines.
• No record of disciplinary actions on professional licensure.

• Background in working with clients from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
• Previous involvement in community health initiatives or integrated healthcare settings.
