Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, providing the convenience and comfort of working from your home environment. We encourage a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. As a telehealth practitioner, you will conduct sessions through secure video platforms, ensuring a safe space for client interactions. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with individual adult clients via secure video conferencing to assess and address their mental health needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective interventions.
  • Utilize symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client status and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and counselors to create an integrated approach to therapy and maximize client outcomes.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment results in accordance with organizational and HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and proper patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve providing telehealth services to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that promote effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Preference for candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.
  • Comfort and reliability in managing telehealth sessions, including access to a private workspace with a dependable internet connection.
