Job description

We are seeking tech-savvy, customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care team as Remote Customer Care Representatives. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone, delivering professional and timely assistance.

This is a remote, full-time position with opportunities for performance-based pay increases and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet productivity targets and service quality standards
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Escalate system or service issues when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • Must be available for scheduling during operating hours: 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT, 7 days a week
  • Typical shifts may include: 5:00 AM–2:00 PM, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Remote training provided

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
  • Tech-savvy and a fast learner
  • Customer-oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus
  • College degree or equivalent preferred

Work-From-Home Requirements

  • Desktop or laptop (2021 or newer, Mac or PC) with the most recent operating system
  • Voice-capable headset and webcam (to be reimbursed after hire)
  • High-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps) via ethernet or strong Wi-Fi
