In the role of an LICSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient, effectively developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based best practices.
• Administering a range of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to address individual client needs.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and integrity in documentation.
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop coordinated care strategies for all patients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve practice standards and diversify treatment approaches.
• Providing educational resources and support to patients and their families to encourage empowerment and informed decision-making regarding mental health and available services.
• Staying current on the latest research and developments in mental health fields, actively integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

Your expertise will touch the lives of a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, affirming your professional foundation and knowledge base.
• Active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state, showcasing your commitment to upholding professional standards in social work practice.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapeutic settings, which equips you with valuable hands-on skills in mental health care.
