Intake & Processing Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Intake & Processing Specialist for a remote contract opportunity. This role is responsible for supporting the intake, onboarding, and implementation of new and renewing business accounts by reviewing submissions, validating documentation, coordinating with brokers and third-party partners, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, customer service, and data management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level expectations.

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Contract Duration: August 10, 2026 - January 31, 2027 (Extension and Conversion possible)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Manage the onboarding process for new and renewing business accounts from initial intake through implementation.
- Review submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Reformat census and enrollment data for system submission and processing.
- Coordinate with brokers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and internal teams to gather required information.
- Respond to partner and customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Track onboarding activities, monitor workflow progress, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and business activity.
- Update and validate information within CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Support service level and turnaround time goals through efficient processing and issue resolution.
- Assist sales team members with partner support and relationship management activities.
Responsibilities- Lead onboarding activities and intake processes for new and renewing business opportunities.
- Collect, validate, and organize census, enrollment, and submission data.
- Provide accurate and timely communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and support throughout the implementation process.
- Escalate issues as needed and help facilitate timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to client interactions.
- Perform data entry, auditing, and validation activities within CRM and tracking systems.
- Support reporting, analysis, and special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications- 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, onboarding, account coordination, or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with data files, spreadsheets, and record management.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
