This position allows you to work entirely from the comfort of your home, providing a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, specifically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques tailored to clients' needs.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers, fellow mental health counselors, and support staff to create a comprehensive treatment plan for each client.
• Employ digital assessment tools to track treatment effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed, ensuring continuous improvement in client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients when necessary, adapting therapeutic approaches to address immediate needs.
• Participate in weekly consultation sessions and peer supervision to discuss case management and hone therapeutic skills.

You will work with a diverse range of clients presenting with various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Must possess a current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctorate in a relevant area is preferred.
• At least 1 year of independent licensure is required, with 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Proficient understanding and practical experience with CBT and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Adept at utilizing digital tools and platforms for therapy and documentation, exhibiting strong technological proficiency.

• Experience working within a telehealth environment and adapting traditional therapy techniques to a virtual platform.
• Prior experience attending to a diverse clientele, including varying cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.
• Familiarity with digital assessment and reporting tools that enhance client care.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
