Job description

Global Pacific Support is partnering with a client to scale a short-term data operation. We're hiring Data Encoders with AI/data-annotation chops to help structure, label, and QA content for training and analytics. This is project-based for 2 weeks with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

What you'll do

Encode and label text/image data according to clear guidelines and taxonomies. Use AI tools to accelerate annotation while maintaining human-level accuracy. Proofread and normalize entries (grammar, style, metadata). Hit daily throughput targets without sacrificing quality (we measure both). Flag edge cases, suggest clarifications, and help improve labeling rubrics. Keep meticulous records of work done (batches, versions, timestamps). What you'll bring Proven experience in data encoding/annotation or adjacent ops roles. Strong English and keen eye for detail; comfortable with style guides. AI-proficient (e.g., ChatGPT and similar) and savvy with prompts/workflows. Spreadsheet fluency (Google Sheets/Excel); comfort with ticketing tools. Process-driven mindset: you follow the playbook, then help improve it. Reliability under tight timelines; you know how to ship accurately, fast.

Nice to have
