Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews to establish a baseline for treatment.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals, addressing personal, emotional, and psychological challenges.
  • Offer individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
  • Provide teletherapy via secure digital platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort during virtual sessions.

Qualifications
