• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments using specialized teletherapy software to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions via video conferencing platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques suitable for online settings.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation, ensuring alignment with confidentiality and regulatory standards for telehealth practices.

Your clients will include individuals facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license/certification that permits you to provide psychotherapeutic services in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with clients facing emotional or psychological challenges, although varied experience levels will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with clients through virtual platforms like Zoom or Skype, showcasing excellent interpersonal communication skills.
