What You'll Do

As a Contract CDL Driver Recruiter, you will:

  • Recruit CDL drivers nationwide
  • Speak with drivers regarding career opportunities
  • Match drivers to available positions
  • Assist drivers through the application process
  • Follow up with applicants and carrier updates
  • Maintain recruiting activity within our system
  • Build and grow your own recruiting pipeline
  • Develop a long-term book of business

Compensation

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.

Compensation is commission-only and based on successful driver placements after carrier confirmation.

There is:

  • No cap on earnings
  • No territory restrictions
  • No hourly limits
  • No income limits
  • No quotas

Many recruiters earn supplemental income, while highly motivated recruiters who consistently build their pipeline and master the recruiting process have earned six-figure incomes.

Top-performing recruiters can earn commissions of up to 80% per completed placement.

Some of our most successful recruiters have exceeded $200,000 annually through consistent recruiting activity and strong follow-up practices.
