Although you will work from home, you will be part of an engaged outpatient therapy community, with robust support systems including regular consultation with our Therapy Leadership Team. We utilize a streamlined therapist portal equipped with digital tools that minimize administrative burdens, allowing you to focus more on your patients and less on paperwork.

• Conduct weekly synchronous live video therapy sessions for adult clients suffering from various emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment.
• Engage in collaborative care by consulting with Brightside psychiatric providers, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's needs.
• Utilize digital symptom self-assessments and progress measures to facilitate treatment planning and outcome evaluations, enabling real-time adjustments to therapeutic strategies.
• Manage clinical documentation efficiently via our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with administrative standards while maintaining the integrity of patient care.
• Participate actively within our growing therapist community, sharing insights and strategies to enhance collective knowledge and improve treatment efficacy.
