• Conduct thorough assessments of students at various education levels, identifying mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans that take educational and familial contexts into account.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with a focus on solution-oriented approaches, offering strategies to cope with challenges related to education, mental health, and social relationships.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and legal regulations.

• Provide education and resources to families, helping them understand behavioral challenges and mental health issues, while equipping them with tools to support their children’s development.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of children and adolescents facing various behavioral and emotional challenges. This includes students dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York State.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapy and mental health interventions tailored for youth.
