• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose clients' mental health conditions, followed by developing tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions utilizing therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), customized to each client's needs.
• Set and establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring and documenting their progress to adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients seeking convenient options or requiring additional accessibility, ensuring they feel secure and supported.
• Maintain comprehensive, ethical documentation compliant with regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and accountability.
• Participate in ongoing training and competency development, staying informed of best practices and new treatment modalities in the field of mental health counseling.

This position involves working primarily with adults undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges associated with substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their recovery journey, emphasizing resilience, self-efficacy, and sustained mental wellness.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage, and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Proven exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively, establishing safe, trusting therapeutic relationships.
• A strong foundation in empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to effectively balance caseload responsibilities and adhere to deadlines.

• Experience working with detox or rehabilitation populations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and substance use treatment models.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping software.
