• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to ascertain their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that focus on their growth and recovery.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques, tailored to address specific patient challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will engage with a diverse population, encompassing individuals of various ages and backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. • Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited institution, with a valid LCSW license in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, allowing for effective collaboration within a team and clear conveyance of ideas and treatment plans.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a social work capacity, particularly within outpatient mental health settings.
