• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy sessions primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient sessions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in regular professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health care.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
