As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of your clients, followed by creating tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, with a focus on skills development and emotional support.
• Documenting all client interactions and maintaining progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with other health professionals to create comprehensive care plans, ensuring a well-rounded approach to client health.
• Engaging in regular case discussions with team members to cultivate a collaborative atmosphere for continuous learning.
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and therapy.

Your work will primarily involve interacting with adolescents and young adults who often face severe mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. With a maximum of eight clients in group sessions, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, enabling you to provide in-depth, impactful care that fosters sustainable healing.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Valid state licensure with one of the following: LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT; junior-licensed individuals are encouraged to apply and will receive supervision.
• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week depending on whether you choose a contract (1099) or W2 employment status.
• Readiness to commit to the position, with part-time flexibility for contractors or full-time hours required for W2 positions.

Prior experience in a community health clinic or telehealth setting is highly beneficial, as is familiarity with evidence-based practices in therapy and counseling. Experience in working with adolescent mental health issues will be viewed favorably, as will proficiency in group therapy facilitation.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
