• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' unique situations, therapeutic needs, and establish tailored treatment plans for each individual.
• Design and facilitate both one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy workshops focused on addressing various emotional challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic support and optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous education initiatives, including attending workshops and conferences, to stay updated on industry best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.
• Contribute innovative ideas that aim to improve service delivery and enhance the overall effectiveness of our counseling programs.

The clients you will work with are a reflection of our diverse community, encompassing a wide range of age groups, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. You will be responsible for providing culturally competent care that respects and responds to the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they feel valued and understood in their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in your respective state (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting, adept at working with individuals facing an array of emotional difficulties.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
• Prior experience with electronic medical records systems is advantageous, although not a prerequisite.

• Experience in telehealth practices and remote counseling methodologies.
• An understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive counseling practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
