All client consultations are pre-scheduled and requested-no cold outreach or prospecting is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with veterans and their families

  • Guide clients through enrollment and provide post-enrollment support
  • Maintain accurate and compliant digital records and follow-up communication
