Job description

Theย Projectย Scheduler independently manages medium to large and complex project schedules,ย and provides advanced analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support both internal stakeholders and client teams.ย This role requires hands-on experience with Primavera P6ย or Microsoft Projectย andย understanding of the fullย project lifecycle.ย ย 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and status updates of project schedules using Primavera P6ย or Microsoft Project.ย 
  • Develop and manage summary and detailedย projectย schedules forย mid-ย toย large-scaleย andย multiple concurrent projects.ย 

  • Interpret contract requirements and ensure proper integration of scheduling deliverables.ย 

  • Track progress against baseline schedules,ย identifyย critical paths, and analyze variances and delays.ย 

  • Develop and present schedule status reports, dashboards, and narratives for internal and client-facing audiences.ย 

  • Conduct what-if analyses,ย time impactย studies, and recovery plan evaluations.ย 

  • Ensure compliance with scheduling best practices and delivery method standards, including design/build projects.ย 

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to gather schedule data and status updates.ย 

  • Attend and participate in project meetings and site visits to validateย scheduleย accuracy and progress.ย 

  • Other duties as assigned.ย 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, orย relatedย fieldย required.ย 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in project scheduling and controls within the construction or engineering industriesย required,ย pharmaceuticalย experience preferred.ย 

  • Advancedย proficiencyย in Oracle Primavera P6ย or Microsoft Projectย and relatedย reporting toolsย required.ย NetPointย experience a plus.ย ย ย 

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.ย 

  • Experience reviewing and analyzing schedules from general contractors.ย 

  • Understanding ofย construction lifecycles and design/build delivery methods preferred.ย 

  • Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training may be substituted for the stated minimum qualifications.ย 

$102,409 - $120,330 a year
The salary range for this position is $102,409 - $120,330.
A hired employee will be placed within this salary range based on a variety of legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to the individual's scope of relevant experience and geographic location.

Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
