This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while allowing counselors to maintain a balanced work-life dynamic. • Conduct thorough assessments and deliver individualized therapy in a timely manner, addressing the unique needs of each client.
• Document client interactions and submit any necessary paperwork within 24 hours to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to specific client goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Engage in peer consultations and case reviews regularly to enhance client care and support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to professional and ethical guidelines.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with our organization, you will primarily work with adult individuals and couples who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other mental health concerns, you will play a pivotal role in fostering resilience and encouraging recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is essential.
• A valid independent license to practice, such as LMFT, LCPC, LPC, or LCSW, is required.
• Experience and proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and tools to facilitate effective client interactions.

• At least 2 years of direct counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and approaches to optimize client outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and collaboration with clients.
