Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation, scripting, or IT infrastructure in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Google Workspace (basic administration)

Hands-on experience with:
  • RESTful APIs and system integrations
  • PowerShell, Python
  • Azure services (Automation, Functions, Logic Apps)

Strong understanding of:
  • Automation patterns (event-driven, scheduled workflows)
  • SaaS integrations and API-based workflows
  • Authentication basics (OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, or similar SaaS platforms, Git, and basic CI/CD.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS platforms.
  • Develop integrations between Microsoft services, Google Workspace, and other tools using APIs.
  • Automate operational tasks (user management, notifications, data sync, access workflows).
  • Implement reliable and secure automation (logging, monitoring, error handling).
