Job description

At Phillips Corporation, we are seeking a detail-driven Sales Development Analyst to serve as the high-energy strategic engine behind our Additive Manufacturing (AM) commercial team. In this role, you will build world-class account intelligence by maintaining, enriching, and segmenting target CRM data to identify high-value opportunities. By researching decision-makers, installed equipment, and application fits, you will optimize lead routing, align with sales and marketing leadership, and provide actionable analytics to continuously strengthen our pipeline quality and commercial execution.
Beyond data strategy, you will actively activate underdeveloped leads, campaign prospects, and event contacts through focused outreach and targeted long-term nurturing. When buyer interest is signaled, you will schedule qualified discovery conversations and deliver rich, seamless handoff notes-complete with account history and suggested next steps-to fuel the outside sales team. Utilizing modern CRM platforms, ERP systems (such as F&O), sales enablement tools, and AI-driven analytics, you will directly accelerate revenue, increase sales productivity, and reinforce Phillips as the industry's most trusted additive manufacturing partner.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $80,000.00 and $105,000.00 annually plus commission and bonus opportunities. Requirements
5+ years experience in Sales Analyst or Inside sales type role.
Some technical experience in AM or manufacturing machinery would be preferred.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and market research tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of quoting, ERP, and order management systems (e.g., F&O)
Experience using sales content and enablement platforms to support customer engagement
Ability to analyze sales data, pipelines, and forecasts using digital reporting, AI, and analytics tools
