Work Coaches often work with job seekers to identify barriers to employment and create personalized action plans. They may be employed by government agencies, non-profits, or private organizations, and support people of all ages and backgrounds in achieving their career goals.

This teamwork helps tailor support plans to each client’s needs and improves their chances of finding sustainable employment. Regular communication and joint meetings are common, ensuring everyone involved is aligned on client progress and next steps.
