The team focuses on business development, member value, channel optimization, marketing strategy, and performance storytelling. Supporting the SVP of eCommerce, the team aligns leadership priorities and drives organizational action. Members combine structured problem-solving with commercial insight, leveraging data and industry trends to create clear strategies. - Develop innovative and disruptive transformation strategies and present to senior leadership for resourcing and prioritization
