In this role, you will have the opportunity to facilitate healing, promote resilience, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of diverse clients facing mental health challenges.

About the Organization

At Family Social Work Center, we are committed to delivering accessible and high-quality mental health services to individuals of all ages. Our clinic specializes in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment that fosters healing and personal growth, employing evidence-based therapies tailored to our clients’ unique needs.

Work Environment

This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal responsibilities while working within our collaborative clinical team. As part of a community health clinic, our remote operation ensures you can effectively connect with clients through teletherapy, while still enjoying the benefits of working alongside experienced clinicians and support staff. Our commitment to a supportive organizational culture ensures colleagues share insights and best practices to enhance client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
  • Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure well-coordinated client-centered care.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans in accordance with best practices and client feedback.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing safety planning and support when necessary.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to enhance clients' coping skills and promote mental wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, while utilizing electronic health record systems.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. You will work with clients confronting issues ranging from mild anxiety and stress to severe depression and unresolved trauma. This diversity is not only vital to your professional development but also enriches your therapeutic practice as you learn to tailor your approach to a wide range of perspectives and backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities relevant to outpatient mental health.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
  • Experience in telehealth service delivery to enhance client engagement and accessibility.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a generous sign-on bonus. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer comprehensive health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
