Tank Strapper

Location: Highlands, TX, 77562

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tank Strapper to join our team in Highlands, TX. The Tank Strapper will be responsible for measuring and recording the levels of liquids in storage tanks to ensure accurate inventory management and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure liquid levels in storage tanks using manual or electronic gauging equipment.
  • Record and report accurate tank measurements and inventory data.
  • Inspect tanks and associated equipment for leaks, damage, or safety hazards.
  • Maintain logs and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with operations and safety teams regarding tank status and any discrepancies.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of tanks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Tank Strapper or in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
Work Environment

This position requires working in an industrial environment, often outdoors, with exposure to chemicals and varying weather conditions. Safety is a top priority, and adherence to all safety guidelines is mandatory.
