eCommerce Marketplace & Website Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Children's Factory is seeking an eCommerce Marketplace & Website Coordinator to support and optimize our direct-to-consumer ecommerce presence across our website and key marketplace channels. This role will help manage daily ecommerce operations across Children's Factory's website, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, and Wayfair.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across ecommerce platforms, product listings, website updates, reporting tools, and digital marketing support activities. This position plays an important role in keeping our online stores accurate, functional, and positioned to support customer engagement and sales growth.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

Our e-commerce channels are an important part of how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase Children's Factory products. This role helps ensure that product content is accurate, marketplace listings are maintained, website updates are completed, and performance data is used to guide improvements.

By supporting product visibility, website functionality, marketplace execution, and ecommerce reporting, the person in this role helps create a better online experience for customers and provides useful insights to support business decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage and update product listings across Children's Factory's website, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair, and other assigned ecommerce channels.
  • Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, backend attributes, categories, pricing, promotions, and product data.
  • Monitor listings for accuracy, suppression issues, content compliance, pricing accuracy, inventory visibility, and overall presentation.
  • Support promotional activity, pricing updates, seasonal marketplace initiatives, and new product launches.
  • Manage day-to-day WordPress website updates and WooCommerce product listings, categories, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility.
  • Coordinate landing page creation, website content updates, product page updates, and other assigned ecommerce changes.
  • Test and troubleshoot website functionality, mobile responsiveness, plugins, integrations, and checkout-related issues.
  • Work with developers, agencies, internal teams, and marketplace partners to resolve issues and complete ecommerce updates.
  • Generate and maintain reporting for website performance, Amazon, Wayfair, and other ecommerce channels.
  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, advertising metrics, marketplace KPIs, and other performance indicators.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Amazon reporting tools, and marketplace analytics platforms to gather and evaluate data.
  • Support SEO updates, digital campaign coordination, ecommerce promotions, traffic generation initiatives, and conversion improvement efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, customer experience, website usability, and online sales performance.

ABOUT YOU:

You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing updates across multiple ecommerce platforms. You enjoy working with product content, performance data, website tools, and marketplace systems. You can balance recurring tasks with project-based work, communicate clearly with internal and external partners, and use data to help identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, website management, digital marketing, or a closely related role.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience working with ecommerce reporting, marketplace analytics, and performance data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to extract, organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets from multiple sources.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, updates, and recurring reporting needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Wayfair Partner Portal or a similar marketplace management platform.
  • Experience with SEO, metadata updates, content optimization, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta campaign reporting.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Experience with paid media, conversion rate optimization, or customer retention initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working with direct-to-consumer brands or omnichannel retail environments.
