Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to support website development projects for a growing marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building complete WordPress websites using Gutenberg, custom blocks, and pattern-based systems. This role requires the ability to work independently, follow established development processes, and deliver high-quality websites on schedule.

 Responsibilities
  • Build and launch complete WordPress websites from start to finish.
  • Develop homepage, service pages, location pages, blog templates, and other internal pages.
  • Work within an existing WordPress platform utilizing Gutenberg blocks and pattern libraries.
  • Ensure responsive design and mobile optimization across all devices.
  • Configure forms, analytics, tracking tools, and website integrations.
  • Implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals, caching, image compression, and overall site speed.
  • Participate in development meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Follow established naming conventions, design standards, and development workflows.
 Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
  • Strong experience with Gutenberg Editor, custom blocks, and pattern-based development.
  • Experience building full WordPress websites independently.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and React.
